Good Morning!

A gentle reminder!

Gratitude – Shift your attention towards your blessings than your problems.

Look for positive : Ignore the negative.

Broader Plan : You are just a small piece in a big puzzle.

Do the small things right – Small things lead to a big attitude.

Decide to help someone, be kind.

Bhagavad Gita

Breath

The best thing I read today ….

I noticed a child monk—he can’t have been more than ten years old—teaching a group of five-year-olds. He had a great aura about him, the poise and confidence of an adult.

“What are you doing?” I asked.

“We just taught their first class ever,” he said, then asked me, “What did you learn in your first day of school?”

“I started to learn the alphabet and numbers. What did they learn?”

“The first thing we teach them is how to breathe.”

“Why?” I asked.

“Because the only thing that stays with you from the moment you’re born until the moment you die is your breath. All your friends, your family, the country you live in, all of that can change. The one thing that stays with you is your breath.”

This ten-year-old monk added, “When you get stressed—what changes? Your breath. When you get angry—what changes? Your breath. We experience every emotion with the change of the breath. When you learn to navigate and manage your breath, you can navigate any situation in life.”

Inhale the beauty..
Exhale with Gratitude

School

There can be no doubt that education is a precious asset that can contribute significantly to our success.

But, many of the lessons we learn are not taught to us in school, but in everyday life.

In the work world, we are faced with the very real demands of jobs to get done, of clients who want us to provide services, of a work team that must work smoothly and of a wide range of practical considerations.

In our families, our friendships and our businesses, life teaches us a great many lessons that lead us to harmony and happiness.

Life is a lesson and a process of constant improvement.

We must be open to life’s lessons, always open to new solutions and new approaches if we want to improve and succeed.

Marriage

Marriage is an experience of unity in diversity. A process of realization of the Oneness. Marriage is based on friendship.

Beginning of an eternal journey:

  • Sakha saptipadi bhava – be my friend who walks these seven steps together.
  • Sakhyam te gameyam – may I aspire to your friendship.
  • Sakhyam temayoshah; sakhyam me ma yoshtyas – your friends are mine, my friends are yours

The journey begins with seven steps around the fire, each step is symbolic to the seven chakras in human body, these chakras are the seven centers to connect with the cosmos.

1. Together we will share the responsibilities of home and children

2. Together we will develop mental, physical and spiritual strength

4. Together we will fill over hearts with great joy, peace and happiness

3. Together we will prosper and share our worldly goods

5. Together we will raise strong and virtuous children

6. Together we will remain faithful, lifelong partners.

7. Together we will cherish each other and our families in sorrow and happiness.

#StopFittingIn Says Modern Marketing in Education

Marketing in education focuses on everyday aspects of life and aims to make the viewer a more mentally evolved human. It does not focus on running …

#StopFittingIn Says Modern Marketing in Education

Values

Kenyan runner Abel Mutai was only a few meters from the finish line, but got confused with the signs and stopped, thinking he had finished the race. A Spanish man, Ivan Fernandez, was right behind him and, realizing what was going on, started shouting to the Kenyan to keep running. Mutai did not know Spanish and did not understand.

Realizing what was going on, Fernandez pushed Mutai to victory. A reporter asked Ivan, “Why did you do this?” Ivan replied, “My dream is that one day we can have some sort of community life where we push ourselves and help each other win.” The reporter insisted “But why did you let the Kenyan win?” Ivan replied, “I didn’t let him win, he was going to win. The race was his.”

The reporter insisted and asked again, “But you could have won!” Ivan looked at him and replied: “But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honor of this medal? What would my Mother think of it?” The values are transmitted from generation to generation. What values do we teach our children and how much do you inspire others to earn? Most of us take advantage of people’s weaknesses instead of helping to strengthen them.

Illusions

Limiting Beliefs

I wish I learned this as child. This is magic.

How many of us think we can’t draw? I did. This 15 min challenge proved me wrong. It will change your beliefs too. It only took me 15 mins to erase this false belief I have been carrying since my childhood. “I CAN’T DRAW”

Attributes

An attribute is a property or characteristic of a person, place, or thing. Color, for example, is an attribute of your hair.

In programming computers, an attribute is an element that takes a value and is associated with an object, such as an item, a region, a page. It is a changeable property or characteristic of some component of a program that can be set to different values

Attributes for balanced living!

  1. Definite and specific financial goal: Have a measurable and specific goal, know exactly what you are working towards.
  2. A definite study program: A continuous planned habitual study program, have a definite time to study.
  3. Multiple sources of income: Continuously look for creative and new sources of income across the globe, keep expanding.
  4. Mix with successful people: Surround yourself with people who have already achieved what you are aspiring to achieve. Mix with people who are directed, who know exactly where they are going.
  5. Listen: Listen with emotion, not hearing, but listen to other people.
  6. Fully expect: Truly believe you are going to be successful, have no plan B. Don’t doubt, fully expect to be prosperous, it’s no surprise when you become prosperous. You already knew this would happen.

Conversation

HUNGRY & FOOLISH

The only thing between who we are and what we want to become is the story we tell our self.

To change who we are, we must change the conversation we are having with our self.

Always play a bigger game than yesterday, and play for the sake of playing. Winning and loosing are both part of the game.

Our Dreams must make us laugh and cry at the same time.

We should be hungry to do anything and everything to achieve our dreams.

We can discover possibilities by watching the world.

Do you know what makes you feel alive?

Just go do it!

We must push the boundaries of our imagination, realize, there are no limits to what we can achieve.

The only limit we have is the limits we place on ourselves.

Take action, jump forward with faith.

The meaning of our potential, guide to live a joyful life.
Changing the conversation I am having with myself.

I am learning to push my boundires, I am starting to believe that there are no limits to what I can achieve and accomplish. Any limits, if present, are the result of my own imagination. I understand that when I disrupt my limiting beliefs, I end up surprising myself.

I am hungry, hungry to do anything it takes to make my dream a reality, I am hungry to tell stories. I realize, I only have one life to live and this is my only opportunity. Can’t wait, can’t delay!!!

Recognising the value of myself and asking how to increase my value. Undrstanding what value I bring into the world and always giving a little bit more, after giving my best.

Success!

True success is felt in the Heart, not measured by Money or Power.

In a more personal way, achieving the goals, feeling pride and satisfaction in accomplishment.

Excellence only comes when you do something that truly resonates with your soul.

Being true to our self and achieving set goals.

Success is reaching those goals and feeling proud of what you have accomplished .

Instead of defining success by a finish line, I define success by whether I get to do work I enjoy or not.

Work that leaves me feeling fulfilled, and satisfied, and happy. Work that allows me to control, as best possible, my own destiny.

Learning to design and build my business or professional life based on my own definition, because we all have to make a living.

But we need to live.
